Something about this study in AIA and CHUK

AIA is an excellent company, the group there is in harmony and with passionate. Money leads an extremely important role in this society. It is in deed a great company that assist people control their wealth in lower risk and in larger profit. In this week, I did learned some knowledge to help me have a better understanding of wealth management.

The Chinese Hong Kong University is a comprehensive university which has a leadership in economic. It is a great choice to choose this university to new my economic knowledge. It has to be confessed that not only the school but the professors are pretty responsible.

Professor Ahlstrom is really a passionate and emotional mentor. Lots of feelings are carried by him inadvertently. My members say he is a sincere man. Professor really touched me, he said out all the points I had presented. Our group said we are really moved and satisfied because there is somebody listening to what we said. Meanwhile there is something really interesting.

My classmate’s and my major interests Dr. Stephen Frost a lot. He even used the Google to search the information related to Bioinformatics. Bioinformatics queen he tricks on us really makes us embarrassed, for actually we didn’t learn enough to be acknowledged as a Bioinformatics man.

Frankly speaking, It is team work that I learned most from. It could be acknowledged that our team is a organization with most cohesion and unity, also with high efficiency.

To be honest, I was not a team worker before. Compared to working altogether, I preferred working individually. From my perspective, I was a person with thinking and innovation. It didn’t have to take amounts of time to coordinate a group to finish a thing that could be done by one or two person. However, it was a mistake, a really huge mistake. Nor did I realize others’ ability, neither did I consider what a high quality group will bring.

Let the time return to the time we firstly met.

Everyone looks undemonstrative and a little shy. our leader lele looks harmonious. Tian xionglooks really cold, he always answered others' problem by only one or two sentences. We all looked unfamiliar and a little strange.

What really broke up the barriers among us a lot is a discussion which happened at a little table on the twelve floor. This time we knew some characteristics of each other at least. I didn’t absorb the knowledge so well that it actually is a second class for me. This time I had a better understanding of discussion. Especially, what we talked over is a thing under huge controversial.

There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people's eyes. Nobody can beat the other completely. Only did you give clear explanation, you won the debate. It could be called a collision of thinking and expression. Everyone gave something, everyone got something. A little intense and with harmony.

Then, it comes to we have a assumption about 40 years later. This time, the scale fell on me and my friend. We two didn’t have enough economical background, so learning always takes a big part. However, when it came to the imagination about future, we had lots of things related to the technology or informatics while others didn’t.

But there is still a embarrassing thing that my partner and I gave different conceptions. What I thought is more attached to my major---Bioinformatics. Our medical school has been trying to interpret genes and optimize them. There is a huge possibility that the function of hospital will be smaller and smaller and people cure diseases with the help of genes a lot. At the same time, my partner put forward mind controlling. In the future, we will use less media such as phone, computer. In more circumstances , we are able to use our mind to achieve what we want, such as turning on the light and cooking. Because there is a connection between our head and the machine.

Maybe I didn’t express correctly and thoroughly or she gave some proofs more convincing, related to the CHUK research. Maybe I should talk more persuasively to give more advice. A little regret with satisfaction of team integration.

During this week, we had some small meetings to discuss. However, it was the last night that played a vital role. We gathered together in one little room, and stayed up until next morning.

Interestingly, empty jars of coffee are abandoned in every corner of the little room. This time, not only did cooperation contribute to the good result ,but leadership.

After finishing the class in AIA, little time was left to us to prepare. Tian thought of a most efficient way to accomplish our task. He and another member with higher professional knowledge will make a plan for our group. And we use this period of time to practice the other task. Then we will get the assignment of our own and just concentrate on it. This way did improve the sense of wholeness and save amounts of time to practice more.

As time went by ,we felt more or less tired. We utilized some small talking to relieve our stress. We talked some jokes based on what happened around and said some plans about our future. If someone was tired, then he or she participated in this small talking. If someone is of great energy, he or she would continue to focus on its own job.

Tian gave a correct and clear direction. Xuejing had a good command of PPT. Also, thanks to our mentor—Willion, who gave us valuable instruction and fought with us at midnight.

Until next morning at 6, we still didn’t have a presentation with full preparation and high quality.

Fortunately, we didn’t give up. We all agree a common view, fighting until the last bell rings.We recited again and again. It is a special night that makes us much closer and makes us a hardened family.

The result is that all the members performed extremely well so that I couldn’t refrain from applauding for them many times. We both get good grades in two examinations.

Some conclusions

lEveryone has its own taste.

What makes me pretty proud is that ,the manager does appreciate my confidence . This skill is promoted in a insurance company more compared to a university.

The university stresses more in logic and application of knowledge. The same method didn’t get the same effect. In a insurance company, or other sale career, expressing fluently and confidently play a more significant role.

lTeam work can bring what you couldn’t think about.

Strengths can be concentrated altogether. Advantages can be shared. There are some conflicts and some fireworks when working together.

From lele, I learned how to get on well with others and make my following days more with more wise of life. Not only your degree influence your life quality, but characteristic take a important part in your life. Sometimes I am too aggressive.

From shuyi, I learned innovation can not be deserted because of growing up , because of facing the society. It is easy to be mature but it is hard to keep original and clear. We shouldn’t renounce our rich imagination.

And so on.

lNothing is impossible with a willing heart.

One decisive factor of our group’s success is pursuing all the time. If one person pursue something ,all difficulty can be touchable.

Collision in your heart is a determining thing. People always put background and environment a high place. However, pursing a dream or a goal in daily life decides your attitude and how hard you work. It gives you a stern and hard heart.

It have to be confesses that it is a meaningful study and a special tour. I have a clearer clarification of myself. Through what I am acting now ,I can see what I used to be and what I am going to be.

Following are three tips I want to say to myself.

lTry to be passionate and calm at daily life

lTry to be active and with more thinking when having special activity.

lTry to be steady and stable in some public occasions.
