2014年寒假放假通知

2014 WINTER VACATION NOTICE

学校自2014年1月18日开始放寒假，2014年2月24日开始上课，所有学生须在2月23日前返校。

寒假期间需要回国或离开长沙的学生，必须向留学生办公室请假，并写好请假条，详细说明离开和返回学校的时间，以及请假事由，在返校后的24小时内，必须携带相关证件到留学生办公室进行临时住宿登记。所有学生，必须在开学后一周内到留学生办公室报到注册。

假期中，请注意人身、财产安全，保管好有关证件、贵重物品。离开宿舍时，切断电源，关好门窗。

The winter vacation is from Jan 18^th to Feb 23^th,2014. All students should come back before Feb 23^th, 2014，and the relevant particulars are notified as follows:

1. During the vacation, all the students those who want to leave Changsha, should go to the overseas student office to ask for leave with a note about the date to go and to come back with the reasons for leaving in advance, and after coming back to school within 24 hours you should bring your passport or other relevant documents and certificate to make the registration of temporary residence.

2. All the students must come to the office to register in the first week of next term.

3. Please pay attention to your values, passport and your personal safety. Cut off the electric power, close the door and the windows before you leave your rooms.
