关于评选中南大学2015届优秀毕业生的通知

为树立奋发向上的精神风貌，鼓励刻苦学习，学有所成，拟评选“中南大学2015届优秀毕业生”，对品德优良、学业成绩优秀的毕业留学生及港澳台学生进行奖励，树立榜样。

为保证该项工作的顺利开展，现将相关事项通知如下：
1. 优秀业生评选遵循公开、公正、公平原则。

2. 评选名额:10个.

3. 奖励形式:每人奖励人民币1000元，并颁发荣誉证书。

4. 参评对象：2015年7月15日前取得毕业证和学位证的留学生及港澳台学生。

5. 参评条件：

（1）遵守中国法律法规及学校规章制度，尊敬师长；

（2）学习态度端正，按时上课，成绩优良；

（3）关心同学，乐于助人，热心公益；

（4）关注学校发展，为学校赢得荣誉。

6. 申报材料：

(1)《中南大学优秀毕业生申请表》；
　　(2)在校期间的学习成绩单；

(3)导师或任课教师推荐信；

（4）已发表的论文及其他相关材料。

7. 评审程序：

（1）学生个人申请；

（2）留学生管理办公室和港澳台事务办公室资格审核并确定初选名单；

（3）公示评选结果；

（4）颁奖表彰。

请有意申请的同学于6月3日前到留学生管理办公室领取申请表，并于6月5日前将申请表及相关材料交回办公室。

Notice about the Selection of 2015 Central South UniversityGraduation Students of Honor

To set a pioneer spirit and encourage students to study hard as well as succeed in a special field of study,our university will select 2015 Central South University Graduation Students of Honor. Those graduates who possess finemoralityand outstanding university recordswill be awarded, and are encouraged to set good example for other students.

To ensure the selection work smoothly, the related issuesare hereby notified as follows:

1. The selection will follow the principle of openness, impartiality and fairness.
2. The number of students to be awarded: 10.
3. Each selectedgraduate will receive an award of RMB1000and Honor Certificate.
4. Qualified Applicants: Internationalstudents who are sure to gain diploma and degree certificates before July 15, 2015.
5. Conditions:

(1) No violation ofthe laws and the rules in China and Central South University CSU, and show respect toteachersand classmates;

(2) Having good attitude on study, attending class on time, havinggood academic records;

(3) Help classmates in need andwarmhearted in promoting public benefits;

(4) Pay attention to school developmentandwin honor for the school, if any.

6. Application materials:

(1) Application Form;

(2) Transcript of academic recordduring the academic years;

(3) Recommendations from instructors or course teachers (if any);

(4) Published papers and other relevant materials.

7. Review and approval procedures:

(1) Applications from individuals;

(2)International StudentsOffice will verify the qualificationsand confirm the preliminarylistof candidates;

(3)Publishing the results;

(4)Presenting the awards.

The one who wants to apply can come to InternationalStudents Office to get the application formbeforeJune3^rd, 2015, and should hand in the application form and relevant materials to the office before June 5^th, 2015.
