She graduated from the School of Chemistry of Central South University (CSU) in July 1984 and got her Master’s degree of Management in the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University in 2002.Ms. Zhou once worked in the Environmental Protection Research Institute of Changsha, CSU and the Ministry of Education(MOE),.She successively served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Financial Department of the MOE, the Deputy Director of the Supervision Bureau of the MOE, and the Deputy Director of the Office of the State Council’s Education Steering Committee. Currently, she holds the post of the Secretary of Party Committee of North China Electric Power University (NCEPU).
